Our 'Integrated Learning Through Play' them for November was 'Winter'. Stations included socio-dramatic, creative, sand, small world, construction and literacy. The children made items relating to Winter with playdough. They looked for items relating to Winter in the sand. They built igloos and explored life in igloos. They also made caves for polar bears using shoeboxes and a variety of materials. We also had a literacy station in our classroom and children were invited to cut, glue, write and draw about Winter.
